Conor Eastman, CRPS®, CPFA
Conor started his career in the retirement plan industry in 2006, conducting employee education for 401(k) plan participants, and has spoken to thousands of participants about how to achieve better outcomes.
Over the last 13 years, he has spent time in various roles at a major retirement plan recordkeeper coaching plan sponsors how to manage their fiduciary responsibilities and improve their retirement programs. In his most recent role at a major broker-dealer, he provided subject matter expertise for regulatory changes, business strategy and had responsibilities as relationship manager for the firm’s largest retirement plan relationships. In addition, Conor provided guidance to financial advisors, helping them develop their knowledge in retirement plans.
In his role as a Retirement Advisor, Conor provides the coaching and support necessary to help advisors engage their clients and help them to develop and maintain their retirement plan practices.
Conor holds his bachelor’s in business administration from Sterling College, and holds his Series 66. Additionally, he has his Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation from NAPA and the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) designation from the College of Financial Planning.
A Kansas native, Conor and his wife reside in Saint Peters, Mo with their 5 children. His hobbies include reading, backpacking, trail running and gravel cycling.
