Welcome to the Web site for the Buckingham Family of Financial Services (“The Buckingham Family”) including its affiliates Buckingham Asset Management, LLC (“Buckingham”), BAM Advisor Services, LLC (“BAM”) and BAM Risk Management, LLC (“BAM RM”) — also referred to hereinafter as the "Site." This Site provides you with general information about the financial and other products and services of The Buckingham Family, and provides authorized clients with access to its products, services, features and functionality. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. By accessing and using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth below. Access to the Public Portion of This Site: The public portion of this Site (i.e. the portion that does not require a login name and password) is made available to all persons aged 18 or older who agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these terms of use. For so long as you comply with these terms of use, we hereby grant you a personal, nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display, reformat and print up to two (2) copies of the content made available to you on the public portion of this Site, solely for your personal use. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, loan, sell, or create derivative works based upon the materials on this Site, or post any content from this Site to newsgroups, mail lists or electronic bulletin boards, without the prior written consent of an authorized representative of Buckingham, BAM or BAM Risk Management

Restricted Access to Private Portion of This Site: The private portion of this Site is intended for access and use only by (i) authorized employees of The Buckingham Family who have received a unique login name and password, and have a need to access and use this Site for internal business purposes, and (ii) independent Registered Investment Advisor firms that have entered into a written Service Agreement with BAM ("BAM Clients"), received a unique login name and password, and have a need to access and use this Site in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement. If you are not an authorized employee of The Buckingham Family or a BAM Client, you may access and use this Site solely with express written permission (including a unique login name and password) from an authorized representative of The Buckingham Family, and solely for the limited purpose and during the limited duration for which such permission has been granted. No other persons may access or use the private portion of this Site for any purpose whatsoever.

Protecting Access to the Private Site: Your login name and password for this Site is unique to you, and may not be shared with any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your login name and password or unauthorized access to this Site. Always be sure to log out of this Site and close the Web browser window at the end of each session. Use of This Site by BAM Clients: If you are a BAM Client, you acknowledge and agree that these terms of use are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the Service Agreement between you and BAM, as amended from time to time (the "Service Agreement"). By accessing and using the private portion of this Site, you represent and warrant that the Service Agreement remains in full force and effect, and that you are not in breach of any material provision of the Service Agreement. You further acknowledge and agree that all of the terms and conditions in the Service Agreement relating to your obligations and duties as a BAM Client shall apply to any and all actions and inaction taken by you on or through this Site.
