Advisor Product Support Specialist

In short, Tyler serves as an advisor product support specialist for users of BAM’s proprietary applications and tools. The long of it entails conducting trainings for individuals and groups, answering any and all user questions, troubleshooting problems and delivering presentations on best practices.

Through all of his responsibilities, the most rewarding aspect is helping people find resolutions to their problems. Tyler aims to provide users the knowledge and independence to be able to tackle future issues on their own.

He joined the firm in early 2014. Originally from Minnesota, Tyler now calls St. Louis home. Outside of BAM he enjoys watching and playing sports, reading and being outdoors.
