Talent & Development Manager
Dawn is passionate about finding top talent — those individuals who will add value to the team and strengthen BAM Advisor Services’ firm culture.
The most rewarding part of her role is seeking out candidates who share her enthusiasm for the firm’s vision and values. Her work contributes to the depth of talent across all teams and departments, and helps continue to strengthen the firm’s foundation and its mission to “Build relationships by doing the right thing.”
As Talent and Development Manager, Dawn is responsible for driving all aspects of the firm’s recruiting process. She is a member of the human resources team and enjoys helping onboard new associates, working to help educate new team members on the firm’s evidence-based and client-focused investment philosophy through training programs and other development opportunities.
Prior to joining BAM, Dawn spent seven years as Chief Recruiting Officer for New England Financial, and before that as Director of Growth and Development for Krilogy Financial.
Dawn graduated from Missouri State University, where she earned degrees in marketing and in sales and promotion.
She finds great enjoyment in coaching others to personal and professional success through the Dale Carnegie Course on Effective Communications and Human Relations.
She currently serves on the Ambassador Board for the Queen of Peace Center and on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors’ St. Louis area chapter (NAIFA-St. Louis), a financial services association that strives to enhance business and professional skills, promote the ethical conduct of its members and advocate for positive legislation.
