Chris works to build efficiencies in BAM Advisor Services’ Microsoft Dynamics Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. He implements actions and oversees projects that leverage CRM to create a better client experience and new tools for BAM’s teams to use. Simply put, he makes other people’s jobs easier.

Chris most enjoys working with a variety of teams to collaborate on new processes and tools that they can use to resolve issues and meet business needs. He joined BAM in 2013 and was previously a software education specialist at Reynolds & Reynolds.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in history from Texas A&M University, he continued his education there with a Master of Education in curriculum and instruction. In his spare time, Chris enters kayak and canoe races, invents unusual hot sauce flavors, and enjoys gardening, camping and hiking.
